Wes is a member of the litigation group at Thomas | Horstemeyer. Prior to joining the firm, he served two years as an out-of-chambers clerk with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and one year as a district court clerk to Chief Judge Thomas Russell.


As a law student, Wes prosecuted patents with a major Midwestern intellectual property boutique, with a focus on mechanical and electrical technology. He also interned as a litigator with the Department of Justice. While a student at NC State, he worked as a research assistant to Dr. Laura Clarke, and his research focused on nanotechnology and the characterization of carbon nanotubes.  In addition to his engineering degree, he also received a minor in accounting.


Wes is licensed to practice in Georgia.
